Every attempt is made to ensure the quality of our work is unsurpassed. We do this by having highly skilled tradespersons with an eye for detail. Our Quality Control ensures that every job leaves our factory ready for work.
We have calibration systems implemented where machines are checked for level and milling and machine heads checked for square on a scheduled basis. All measuring equipment is also checked using gauge blocks, which are sent away for calibration testing.
We use a wide range of measuring instruments including digital verniers, digital micrometers, and large verniers up to 1000mm and inside micrometers.
If drawings are not supplied by our clients, we are able to use Auto CAD and Auto Desk Inventor to scale each job that comes into our factory. This ensures seamless procedures on the factory floor once manufacturing begins. We are then able to keep the drawing on file should the need arises to do the same job again. This will in turn make the delivery time to our clients even quicker.
