When you call us:
  1. We will help you to problem-solve the specific parts, component or repair issue.
  2. We will then discuss how your equipment is being used, your parts history and any wear and supply issues to suggest how this can be improved.
  3. We will then prepare a three dimensional model of the item in Autodesk Inventor 2010 and produce a technical drawing ready for approval, costing and manufacture.
  4. Once the drawing is finalised, we can provide a quote and lead time based upon your quantity and timing requirements.

Urgent jobs can be supplied between one to five days, depending upon the size of the job. Less urgent jobs will save you money and may take two to three weeks.

Once a job has been set-up on our system, we can provide you with repeat parts and components orders without the costs of design and overtime. As a part of our service we can establish an ongoing inventory/stocking system to provide you with the most convenient, reliable and cost-effective supply arrangement of these items.
